still, here's a quick how-to:

ayy r u still pinning to ur body when it comes to even ur self and reflection? like, is that ur personality?
internet may be ur only friend containing humans in fact if u rlly need. talk to nature!
and actually what r needs? want but don't need, as some cool pinterest pic said. tho i recommend to let all desires go :) and forgive everything, it'll be much easier to exist (it's like the universal love, not related to body processes)! try meditating ok
affirmation has the power, the surroundings (literally everything, especially society) r affirmations, stacked and cropped at some weighting compressor. similar to dreams
↑ practice lucid dreaming if it's hard to understand/maintain. mindfulness is the key. leave the scepticism somewhere on the magnets down there, fly away
materialism or any other 'mainstream' mindset things r intended to keep the influence on ya, for easier control. if ur lucky enough to keep urself thru all of that...
you are the god lol. and so we are. and everything's connected. try meditating ok? i mean, we all r the universe (c:hitw nt4 moment-)
don't rush. time makes no sense. what r u living for? why r u living? life also makes no sense to some random cosmic dust
train wordless thinking :) the brain has limits. remember abt the spirit plsss, also (havent researched yet) thinking outside of ur brain (during meditations?) may be a real thing
be open, be free, 'stead of avoiding influence - ignore it. they can't rlly do smth 2 ya (unless they (outer forces) are too agressive - may be bad for health/life, sadly... escape - then ignore 👌)
applies to any kind of influence (but don't try to fly w/ ur regular body pls i warned you) no addictions pls, you're strong enough to overcome everything!! (and don't become a spiritual shroomie depresso (no way if i stop inserting sudden c:hitw nt4 moments) even if u rlly wanna use stuff alike for clairvoyance, truth-seeking, spiritual growth etc etc try playing around older ai art generators or just procrastinate, look for any other randomizers to suddenly come up w/something, silence can be surprisingly wise)
unite!! like freqs resonate! recently found an interesting vid for those who's new/uncertain here. and if u prefer to be alone... remember everything's connected, and so everyone, ofc ur energies can resonate with any other spiritual dudes w/similar ideas, no need to look for a friend irl xd
don't push urself or anyone. u don't have to if all of this doesn't resonate w/ya. though, sometimes it will require efforts to overcome ur body's inertia, for example, or if ur surroundings r unsuitable, or to basically rebuild ur mind. not denying you might have some trauma... who's reading these lines?
aand this isn't some kind of manifesto, more like a readme.txt file. you may trust to external sources, the universe means no harm, but final thoughts and decisions are yours (personally im not rlly into rituals, traditional magic, ...so you can also cut things out). and forget abt "final" ok, re-read the heading. shape the world, insert that cool einstein quote abt it's actually not created/destroyed but came out of smth pre-existing (nah that was my own conclusion but recently discovered the quote exists)
and by "world" i meant the surroundings... and if remembering abt extraspectivity of the brain → another cool vid and i don't just watch vids only, i can't run most experiments +also others may had discovered things then, so why do u have to shape the "world" out of free shapeless energy?
ok i actually dunno abt shroomies or like, never used these things and i have no opportunities to run some experiments (again, seems like ive got only some devices and free space) so u don't have to take shroomies for spirituality, only free time and ur wish needed! (luckily managed to meet one or two 'in person' in the net who takes (tho 4 a short time) - no difference spotted)
